Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped within 48-72 hours from order confirmation time Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm MST. Once fulfilled, please allow 3-7 business days for shipping. We ship from our warehouse in Gunnison, CO.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: Online orders: USPS Media Mail or First Class Mail. Most wholesale orders: UPS Ground
Online orders: please provide us with a shipping address that is compatible with the USPS shipping system. Some towns may require a PO Box when shipping with the US Postal Service. Let us know if you require an alternative shipping company.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using USPS 1st Class or Media Mail will not have tracking numbers.
We charge a flat rate of $3.50 for shipping on orders under $40 that ship via USPS Media Mail. We charge a flat rate of $6.00 for shipping on orders under $40 that ship via USPS First Class Mail. Free shipping via Media Mail is offered for orders over $40. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the final shipping cost.

If you received the wrong item(s), are missing an item(s), have an item(s) damaged due to transit, or believe your item(s) has a manufacturer defect, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo (if applicable) so we can better assist you. Customer Service is very important to us and we’ll do our best to make things right.
U.S. orders may be returned or exchanged up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns must be in new condition, unworn and free of damages.
